Volvo leaking coolant passenger side

Oct 11, 2010 · Wife's 01 XC70 has developed a water leak, and here in the rainy Pacific Northwest, that ain't good! Anyway, it is on the passenger side front. It is a static leak, i.e. it gets wet when ever the car sits in the rain, not just when driving. I own a 2012 Honda Civic EX and also has a leak in the passenger footwell. I pulled up the mat and see this black plastic casing. When I hosed the right side of car/windshield, I noticed the leak in the corner where the yellowish section is, up behind the black plastic.
